From Juchitan I continued down highway 190 through the city of Tuxtla Gutierrez and down into San Cristobal de las Casas where I had a reservation for one night at Jardins de Luz Hotel a few blocks from the zocalo.
I was only in San Cristabal for one night. Upon walking to the center that night I came across a motorcycle parked up on the sidewalk with a display of pictures. It was Julian, his wife and child and they were explaining his travels by motorcycle around the world for the past 18 years. Interesting guy and got a sticker for my bike from him. We discussed places we have been and plan on going. This guy has been everywhere!
